Shipping & Delivery

For OEM/ODM customized orders, we offer different airfreight options to suit your budget or requirement.

Ship by Express : 3-5 working days. We use various shipping providers like DHL, FEDEX, TNT to ship your orders by air freight. it’s the expensive but fast way, normally for samples and some urgent order.

Ship by Sea : For orders above 500kg/1500 pieces, we offer sea freight options to certain countries. It may need 20-30 days, but with much reasonable price, that will need you order in advance.

We always suggest order more than 21kg, cause shipping charge as bulk only when package more than 21kg, so 19kg shipping fee will be more expensive than 21kg.

Tax : The tariff charged by the destination country, we can’t control about it, so make sure you’re able to pay the tax when shipping company contct you

Cost: The shipping fee depends on which way to ship and the goods weight, also the rate always change, so contact us for a quote when you ready to ship the products.

Please note that there may be import tax charged by certain countries customs office. Kalauren is not responsible for any orders that are lost or delayed in customs and we are not able to refund such orders.

In this case, we advise you to contact the shipping company to resolve any custom clearance issues.

Order may be delayed due to missing information, poor images quality or peak holiday seasons. In this cases, we will contact you via email to resolve any outstanding issues as quickly as possible.
 

04 Insurance

Shipments are not insured by default. For instances where shipment are missing or are stuck in your destination country customs, Bryden is not liable for any losses after the goods have been handed over to the shipper.

We advise you to contact the shipping company to resolve any lost or damaged shipment issues.



 

05 Returns and Refunds Policy

At Kalauren, we are confident of our quality and take it very seriously. If you find issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days upon receiving your items.

Should there be any concerns about the quality of the product, please email us with your order # and high quality photos of the issues.

As everything is a custom order, we DO NOT offer cash refunds unfortunately and can only offer to issue a gift card to cover the full cost of your order.

*Transit times stated above are indicative & based on the fastest express air freight option provided by the shipping providers. Your final transit time may differ based on different circumstances such as bad weather, peak period delays and or regulatory clearance requirements. Bryden has no liability or responsibility for differences between the indicative and the actual transit time.
